Executive – Marketing & Communications
Responsibilities:

Create, edit, and publish short-form video content (Reels, Shorts, TikTok) aligned with Miniso’s brand tone and campaign objectives.
Execute day-to-day digital marketing activities across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant platforms
Assist in planning monthly content calendars and ensure timely posting and consistency across all digital platforms.
Support paid digital campaigns by coordinating creatives, captions, and basic performance tracking.
Identify, coordinate, and manage micro and mid-tier influencers relevant to Miniso’s target audience, including briefing, product seeding, content scheduling, performance
tracking (reach, engagement, conversions), and maintaining long-term relationships to strengthen brand advocacy
Assist in coordinating PR collaborations with media partners, lifestyle pages, and digital publications.
Support press releases, brand announcements, store openings, and campaign communications by coordinating with PR agencies, monitoring online brand mentions,
managing content coverage follow-ups, and preparing basic PR activity reports.
Execute gift campaigns, including influencer gifting, festive giveaways, and customer engagement promotions.
Coordinate product selection, packaging, logistics, and campaign timelines.
Ensure gift campaigns align with brand image, seasonal launches, and promotional strategies. Track campaign outcomes and audience engagement.
Support digital promotion of store openings, in-store campaigns, discounts, and special events. Coordinate with designers, videographers, and vendors for creative and digital assets.
Ensure all communications follow Miniso global brand guidelines and local adaptations.
