Responsibilities & Context
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter).
- Create, plan, and publish engaging content (text, images, videos).
- Monitor daily social media activities, comments, messages, and audience
- Manage content calendars and schedule posts
- Analyze performance using insights and analytics tools and prepare
- Run and optimize paid social media campaigns when
- Stay updated with social media trends, tools, and best
- Coordinate with the design and marketing team to ensure brand

Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Bangla is a plus).
