PURPOSE OF THE JOB: Ensure a properly executed plan and techniques to meet the talent acquisition requirements of the organization with the right talent, at the right time, in line with the ABP or derived from organizational needs. The purpose of this job will also serve to ensure proper training & development for upgrading and maintaining the proficiency of the existing employees.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in preparing the Strategic Head Count requirement in consultation with HODs and HOHR.

Shortlist candidates based on the required competencies and skillset for the right job.

Arrange different interview techniques on the basis of job requirements and guidelines for a specific role.

Provide an offer letter to suitable candidates within the recruitment lead time.

Check the reference of the selected candidates proactively before joining and provide feedback to HOHR.

Identify training needs, set objectives of the training program, and select appropriate participants.

Prepare a yearly training calendar and ensure on-time execution as per the plan.

Organize different training programs required for employees’ development.

Coordinate and conduct orientation training.

Facilitate training sessions independently and conduct training follow-up, assess impact & effectiveness.
Education & Experience:
-
The incumbent should have a Bachelor’s degree from a reputed university with 2 years of relevant experience.
