Executive (Human Resources)

We are now seeking dynamic and results-driven professionals to join our HR team and support our people strategy and organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks at factory units
- Drive strategic workforce planning and manage end-to-end recruitment
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA), design training calendars, and organize development programs
- Oversee performance appraisal cycles for fair and objective evaluations
- Maintain employee attendance databases for payroll and reporting
- Manage grievance and disciplinary procedures to ensure workplace harmony
- Standardize HR and administrative practices across all factories
Qualifications
- BBA/MBA in Human Resource Management (PGDHRM is an added advantage)
- 2–3 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in textiles, denim, or garments
- Maximum age: 32 years
- Proficiency in HRIS or advanced Excel for data management
- Strong knowledge of Bangladesh labor laws and HR practices
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills
- Proactive mindset with the ability to drive organizational change
Job Location
Candidates must be willing to work at any factory unit under SQUARE Textiles Division (Gazipur, Bhaluka, or Habiganj).
