Requirements
Education
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Information Technology, Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering
Experience
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks, Financial Technology (Fintech) Startup, IT Enabled Service, Software Company, Telecommunication
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Requirements
- Sound knowledge of TCP/IP protocol, GSM, programming basics, database, operating systems, networking, scripting and APIs.
- Understanding of software/system components and their interactions.
- Hands-on skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and judgmental skills.
- Ability to adapt to frequent knowledge updates and shifting technologies.
- Sincere, patient, accurate, and able to maintain a 360-degree approach to responsibilities.
- Professional interpersonal skills and ability to work with internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities & Context
- Monitor services, networks, data center and security components 24/7 in roaster using dashboards and alerts.
- Circulate event and incident notifications on time.
- Provide first-level support across services, networks, security, and data center operations.
- Conduct sanity checks and testing after deployments.
- Engage concerned technical teams and external vendors during incidents.
- Perform service desk activities within SLA, including request handling, email responses, and operational tasks.
- Analyze system logs and assist in issue identification and troubleshooting.
- Communicate planned maintenance updates to stakeholders.
- Perform and follow up UAT activities as required.
