About the Sales Apprentice Program
The Sales Apprentice Program is a 2-year, full-time, on-the-job learning program designed to build future sales leaders. This program is not about selling SIMs or products in the market. Instead, apprentices work closely with field teams to lead and manage distribution houses, oversee channel operations, and ensure the right placement and availability of digital products across assigned territories.
Through hands-on exposure, structured learning, and mentoring, apprentices develop strong capabilities in sales operations, distribution management, stakeholder coordination, and market execution. High-performing apprentices may be considered for permanent roles after 1 year, subject to performance and business requirements.

Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university
- Age below 30 years
- Open to fresh graduates
- Open to all genders (female candidates are highly encouraged to apply)
- Willingness to work anywhere in Bangladesh
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Growth mindset with agility and adaptability
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of field-level sales operations
- Proficiency in Excel with working knowledge of Word and PowerPoint
- Comfortable working independently and managing multiple stakeholders

Business Expansion
- Identify and onboard new outlets
- Support and collaborate with field teams to drive performance
Compliance & Operations
- Ensure 100% compliance with all regulatory and operational guidelines
- Monitor and utilize company resources to enable smooth operations
Marketing & Visibility
- Support execution of trade visibility and marketing campaigns
Digital Distribution
- Ensure availability of digital products through partner channels
- Contribute to implementation of digital and hybrid distribution models
