About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Identify territory business opportunities and growth potential
- Develop territory strategies aligned with regional business plans
- Monitor monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets
- Ensure product availability across all relevant channels
- Execute merchandising and visibility programs according to company standards
- Implement RTM (Route to Market) programs in assigned territories
- Lead and develop secondary sales teams for better channel execution
- Monitor distributor operations and follow-up activities
- Achieve desired in-store visibility, customer plans, and sales objectives
- Handle operational activities within the assigned territory
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (BBA) or relevant discipline
