Eligibility: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, HRM, Public Administration, Economics, or a related field from a UGC-approved university. Minimum 5 years of HR experience within the banking sector. No third division or equivalent CGPA will be accepted. Age must be above 23 years.
Key Responsibilities: Organization Development, Employee Relations, Performance Management and KPI Tracking, HR Policy and Compliance Support, Employee Engagement and Culture Initiatives, HR Reporting and Analytics.
Candidates with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, HRIS platforms, data analytics, and strong communication skills in both Bangla and English will be given preference.
