Role Overview: As a Territory Sales Executive, you will be responsible for field-level market execution, optimizing supply chain channels, driving sales volumes, and strengthening relationships with retail partners within your assigned territory. This role demands high energy, strategic thinking, and a passion for market growth.

Key Responsibilities: * Execute territory sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly revenue targets.

  • Manage distribution networks, ensuring consistent product availability across retail points.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer demands to identify new business opportunities.

  • Lead field-level promotional activities and brand visibility initiatives.

Eligibility Criteria:

 Education: Bachelor’s degree/Graduation from a renowned university.

  • Experience: 1 to 2 years of proven field sales experience strictly within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry.

  • Age Limit: Maximum 30 years of age at the time of application.

  • Core Competencies: Strong communication, negotiation, and territory mapping skills.
