Job Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for HVAC products and solutions
- Promote HVAC systems to consultants, contractors, developers, and corporate clients
- Conduct client meetings, technical presentations, and site visits
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and tender submissions
- Coordinate with design, engineering, and project teams
- Review project specifications, BOQs, and technical drawings
- Provide technical support and solution recommendations
- Follow up on sales pipelines and business opportunities
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms
- Maintain client relationships for repeat business
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Achieve assigned sales targets
- Submit sales reports and forecasts
- Support payment collection and receivable follow-up
- Maintain company policy compliance
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
- Relevant discipline accepted
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in HVAC sales / technical sales / project sales
- Commercial, industrial, or residential HVAC project experience
- Engineering/electronics company background
- HVAC-related certifications (added advantage)
