Position: Manager – Capability Development
Location:
• Cumilla
Experience:
• 5–7 Years
Educational Qualification:
• Graduate or Postgraduate degree (preferably BBA/MBA or HR/Management) from a reputed university.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) for field sales teams, distributor staff, and commercial supervisors.
• Design, develop, and deliver customized training modules.
• Establish structured onboarding and induction frameworks.
• Formulate and drive distributor capability development initiatives.
• Track, measure, and evaluate training effectiveness.
• Collaborate with HR and Sales Leadership to create career pathways and talent development roadmaps.
Requirements:
• 5–7 years of professional experience in FMCG/Telecom training, capability building, or sales excellence functions.
• Proven experience in designing and delivering impactful learning programs.
• Excellent communication, public speaking, instructional design, and stakeholder management skills.
