Educational Qualification:
• Bachelor’s Degree from a reputed university.
Experience:
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in B2B Sales, Account Management, Relationship Management, or Consultative Selling will be an added advantage.
• Exposure to Telecommunications, ICT Solutions, Enterprise Technology, or Corporate Sales environments is preferred.
About the Role:
• Manage and grow relationships with corporate customers.
• Deliver ICT, IoT, and digital business solutions.
• Drive business growth through strategic account management.
• Support enterprise customers with innovative digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.
• Act as the primary contact for assigned accounts.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Drive customer satisfaction and long-term account growth.
Sales & Business Development:
• Develop account growth strategies.
• Achieve revenue and retention targets.
• Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
• Support business expansion initiatives.
Customer Engagement & Service Excellence:
• Maintain strong customer engagement.
• Conduct business reviews and client meetings.
• Address customer concerns and improve customer experience.
ICT & IoT Solutions:
• Promote enterprise ICT and IoT solutions.
• Support technology adoption initiatives.
• Drive awareness of digital and connectivity services.
