Who We’re Looking For
We are seeking candidates who are analytical, proactive, and passionate about improving operational efficiency. Applicants with 6 months to 1 year of experience in Industrial Engineering within the garments manufacturing sector will be given preference. However, fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
As an MTO – Industrial Engineering, you will:
- Assist in conducting time study, motion study, and SMV calculation for production operations
- Support line balancing and capacity planning to improve productivity
- Monitor daily production performance and prepare efficiency reports
- Assist in operation breakdown and manpower allocation
- Support implementation of Lean Manufacturing tools, including 5S and Kaizen
- Analyze production bottlenecks and recommend process improvements
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Planning, and Technical teams to achieve operational goals
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste
- Learn and support industrial engineering practices specific to jacket manufacturing operations
Skills & Qualifications
To succeed in this role, candidates should have:
- B.Sc. in Industrial & Production Engineering (IPE) or Textile Engineering from a recognized university
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Good understanding of production processes and industrial engineering concepts
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Capability to work under pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing setup
