Position
Sr. Executive / Executive – Business Administration
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain daily sales reports by zone, ensuring accurate data updates and market share analysis.
- Develop weekly sales performance reports and monthly business analytics for management review.
- Track inventory status, monitor product availability, and process deal deviation approvals.
- Coordinate with dealers, sales teams, and internal departments to ensure smooth business operations.
- Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, Accounts, and Audit teams for operational support.
- Analyze sales trends, business performance, and stock movement to support strategic decision-making.
- Maintain effective communication across cross-functional teams and dealer networks.
- Prepare business reports, dashboards, and operational documentation using advanced Excel tools.
Educational Requirements
- BBA/MBA in Marketing, Management, Business Administration, or any related discipline.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Analysis, CRM, or Business Administration.
- Prior experience in the Automotive industry will be considered an added advantage.
Required Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Data Visualization, Dashboards).
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in sales data management, inventory monitoring, and business reporting.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams and dealer networks.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
