Key Responsibilities:
- Generate product demand through regular farmer engagement, demonstrations, and field campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, retailers, and other channel partners to drive business growth.
- Ensure product availability and visibility across the assigned territory.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the dealer and customer network.
- Conduct farmer meetings, crop seminars, field days, and promotional activities to increase product awareness.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback, and provide actionable market insights.
- Achieve assigned sales targets by driving secondary sales and supporting primary sales initiatives.
- Prepare sales reports, maintain territory records, and coordinate with the sales team for effective execution of business plans.
