Job Purpose
The Project Engineer will lead technical projects from concept to completion by coordinating stakeholders, optimizing resources, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with engineering and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Planning, coordinating, and executing engineering projects throughout the project lifecycle.
- Preparing project budgets and monitoring project costs.
- Developing technical specifications and coordinating with vendors.
- Evaluating vendor performance to ensure quality and timely delivery.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Identifying project risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Providing regular project updates and securing necessary approvals.
- Conducting technical evaluations to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
- Ensuring compliance with engineering standards, quality systems, safety regulations, and company policies.
Educational Requirements
Applicants should have:
- B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Automobile Engineering from a recognized public or UGC-approved private university.
Experience Requirements
Candidates should possess:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in:
- Research & Development (R&D)
- Product Development
- Manufacturing
- Automobile or Manufacturing Industry
Required Skills
Ideal candidates should have:
- Strong knowledge of motorcycle systems and components.
