Key Responsibilities
As an MTO – Sales Automation, you will:
- Support the implementation and improvement of sales automation platforms, including the SPRO App.
- Analyze field sales data to identify automation opportunities and improve operational efficiency.
- Coordinate between Sales and IT teams to ensure digital tools align with business requirements.
- Provide training and technical support to field sales personnel.
- Monitor system performance and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and business insights for management.
- Collaborate with developers and cross-functional teams to enhance system functionality.
- Conduct field visits to monitor sales execution and ensure proper implementation of automation solutions.
Required Skills
Successful candidates should possess:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Knowledge of reporting tools and sales dashboards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Interest in technology, automation, and data-driven business processes.
