Educational Qualification
- Master’s / MBA in Accounting
Experience & Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
- Hands-on experience with accounting software / ERP systems
- Strong knowledge of inventory, depot operations, documentation, and financial compliance will be advantageous.
Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing overall depot operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods efficiently.
- Maintaining accurate inventory records, stock reconciliation, and depot-related documentation.
- Supervising depot personnel and coordinating with Sales, Logistics, and Transport teams for smooth distribution.
- Ensuring compliance with applicable VAT regulations through proper VAT records and supporting documents.
- Coordinating with the Accounts/Finance team regarding depot-related financial and VAT matters.
- Ensuring warehouse safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company policies.
- Minimizing stock discrepancies, losses, and operational inefficiencies.
