AKIJ Cement Company Limited is looking for a qualified and experienced professional to join its Sales team as Officer / Sr. Officer – Sales.
This role offers an opportunity to contribute to sales performance and business growth through sales monitoring, demand planning, incentive management, KPI reporting, business analytics, and day-to-day sales operations.
Position: Officer / Sr. Officer – Sales
The selected candidate will play an important role in ensuring effective sales operations, policy implementation, process compliance, ERP support, and continuous improvement across the sales function.
Key Responsibilities
The role will involve:
- Monitoring sales performance and supporting sales operations.
- Managing demand planning and sales forecasting activities.
- Handling incentive and commission management.
- Preparing MIS reports, KPI reports, and business analytics.
- Supporting ERP-related sales operations and processes.
- Coordinating Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
- Ensuring compliance with sales policies and established processes.
- Supporting day-to-day sales operations and performance monitoring.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
- Providing analytical insights to support sales and business decisions.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a reputed university.
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong exposure to:
- Sales operations
- Sales monitoring
- Demand planning
- Incentive and commission management
- MIS reporting
- ERP systems
- Business analytics
- O2C process coordination
Industry Preference
Candidates with experience in the cement industry will be preferred.
