Salary: BDT 80,000+ + TA/DA + Monthly Incentive
Main Responsibilities:
• Ensure volume and revenue achievement by effectively leading the assigned team.
• Monitor performance gaps and implement timely corrective actions to achieve targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular engagement and problem-solving.
• Address customer concerns proactively and provide timely resolutions.
• Expand the customer base by identifying the total customer portfolio using EOS.
• Visit non-partnered outlets regularly to drive engagement and conversion.
• Oversee the deployment and management of market assets, including coolers, glassware, shelving, signage, and activation materials.
• Monitor asset efficiency, ensure compliance, and promote best practices for market development.
• Improve market execution quality in line with CCI’s commercial and marketing guidelines.
• Monitor penetration of top-performing SKUs according to channel strategies, Picture of Success framework, and outlet segmentation.
• Execute planned daily calls and spend significant time in the market.
• Provide regular coaching and support to presellers to improve their performance.
• Develop and implement structured training programs, including onboarding and on-the-job training (OJT).
• Conduct regular performance evaluations to support team development and operational efficiency.
