Position: Executive – Airport Operations

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist passengers during check-in, boarding and baggage handling
- Verify tickets, passports and travel documents
- Assist VIP/CIP and passengers requiring special assistance
- Perform load control and prepare trim sheets
- Coordinate with Civil Aviation Authority and service providers
- Handle flight operations while ensuring safety and punctuality
- Prepare operational reports and manage lost/mishandled baggage
- Handle delays, cancellations and other operational challenges
- Maintain security and safety standards

Physical Requirements:
