Position: Territory Manager
Business: Consumer Brands
Job Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve secondary sales targets
- Identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory
- Analyze sales data, market trends and competitor activities
- Lead and monitor Sales Representatives (SRs) against defined KPIs
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Provide product knowledge, coaching and training to SRs and customers
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; preferably Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, preferably FMCG or consumer goods
- Strong knowledge of sales, distribution and territory management
- Strong communication, negotiation, leadership and relationship management skills
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
