Position: Head of Talent, Culture & Inclusion – Bangladesh

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the Bangladesh Talent, Culture & Inclusion strategy aligned with business, Area, and Global priorities
- Partner with the Bangladesh Leadership Team to strengthen organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and business transformation
- Lead talent reviews, succession planning, workforce planning, talent calibration, and capability-building initiatives
- Build sustainable talent pipelines and succession coverage for critical leadership and business roles
- Drive employee engagement, culture transformation, and high-performance initiatives
- Champion Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) priorities
- Provide strategic guidance on organization design, workforce transformation, leadership effectiveness, and change management
- Shape Industrial Relations strategy while ensuring compliance with BAT governance, HR policies, and Bangladesh labour legislation
- Lead, coach, and develop the Bangladesh HR team
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Functional Directors, and global HR teams
- Advise senior stakeholders on people-related opportunities, risks, and organizational priorities
- Represent Bangladesh in Area and Global Talent & Culture forums
Required Experience:
- 12–15 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in multinational organizations

Required Skills & Competencies:

- Excellent leadership, coaching, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline
- Master’s degree is preferred
