Position:
Sales Engineer / Sr. Sales Engineer / Assistant Manager – B2B Commercial & Industrial Sales
Summary:
Experience: 2-3 years of experience preferred. Fresh graduates with strong communication skills, sales motivation, and willingness to build a career in B2B sales are also encouraged to apply.

Role Purpose:
We are seeking a professional to drive B2B business growth through regular client engagement, understanding customer needs, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering appropriate product and solution recommendations to maximize sales and build long-term client relationships.
Major Job Responsibilities:
- Develop new B2B business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with commercial and industrial clients.
- Conduct regular client visits, identify customer requirements, and provide suitable product or solution recommendations.
- Handle enquiries, quotations, order follow-ups, deliveries, payments, and customer support.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain an active sales pipeline.
- Develop business opportunities in fleet management, transportation, logistics, and related sectors.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Prepare regular sales, visit, forecast, and market reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer service.
- Willing to travel and move freely across Bangladesh as per business requirements.
Educational Qualifications and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a relevant discipline.
- 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales and handling commercial and industrial clients is preferred.
- Experience in fleet management or fleet-related business will be an added advantage.
- Fresh graduates with strong communication skills, sales motivation, and willingness to build a career in B2B sales are also encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Candidates must be willing to work in Dhaka or Chattogram (CTG) and travel across the country when required.
