Position: Territory Sales Officer
Business: Consumer Digital Business
Job Location: Bangladesh
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve territory sales and productivity targets.
- Execute assigned daily/weekly PJP.
- Visit assigned retail outlets and develop new retail outlets.
- Drive product availability, order generation, and market development.
- Develop digital commerce and website content.
- Support social media, e-commerce, and integrated marketing campaigns.
- Track digital KPIs, campaign performance, traffic, engagement, conversion, and ROI.
- Support product launches and promotional campaigns.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant discipline.
- 2–3 years of relevant field sales experience.
- Experience in lifestyle products, consumer electronics, smartphones, gadgets, personal care devices, or related consumer brands will be preferred.
- E-commerce marketing experience will be an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of Meta/Facebook, Instagram, Google, and other digital advertising platforms.
- Good knowledge of performance marketing, digital analytics, audience targeting, and campaign optimization.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and market development skills.
