Position: Deputy Product Manager – Animal Health (Nutritional) & Fish Product

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for Animal Health and Nutrition products, including Fish Products, to achieve sales and growth targets.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new product opportunities and market trends in the Poultry, Dairy, and Aquaculture sectors.
- Provide technical support and product training to sales teams, distributors, and farmers on cattle, poultry, and fish diseases, pest management, and nutrition.
- Coordinate with R&D and regulatory teams for new product development, registration, and launch.
- Organize farmer meetings, seminars, and field demonstrations to promote product awareness and adoption.
- Monitor product performance, gather field feedback, and recommend improvements.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and promotional plans aligned with business objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, hatchery owners, and progressive cattle, poultry, and fish farmers.
- Ensure timely execution of promotional campaigns and monitor ROI of marketing activities.
- Prepare periodic reports on market dynamics, competitor activities, and product performance.
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Veterinary and Animal Science from a recognized university.
- Master’s in Veterinary Medicine (MVM) or any Animal Health & Nutrition discipline will be an added advantage.
- Candidates with a degree in Veterinary & Animal Sciences will receive preference.
Experience Requirements:
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in Animal Health Product Management.
- Prior experience in the Animal-Fish Health and Nutrition industry will be preferred.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Sound knowledge of fish diseases, aquaculture health, and nutrition.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel extensively as required.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with AI-powered productivity tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
