Key Responsibilities
As an Officer – Production, your responsibilities will include:
- Execute daily production activities according to the approved production plan while ensuring product quality standards are maintained.
- Monitor and optimize manpower, machinery, and material utilization to improve productivity, efficiency, and cost performance.
- Maintain production records and update SAP systems while ensuring compliance with manufacturing standards and batch cycle requirements.
- Ensure safe, hygienic, and efficient shop floor operations through process monitoring, equipment coordination, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Eligibility Requirements
Candidates should meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc.) in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or Applied Chemistry from a recognized public or private university.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience is preferred; however, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Positive attitude, honesty, strong work ethic, and excellent teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and perform effectively under pressure.
