The Assistant / Deputy Manager – Performance Management (HR) will oversee the organization’s performance management framework and collaborate with business leaders to improve employee productivity, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.

Core Responsibilities
Performance Management
- Manage the complete performance management cycle, including target setting, performance reviews, employee confirmations, and documentation.
- Ensure timely execution of appraisal processes and maintain performance records.
HR Business Partnering
- Coordinate HR Business Partner (HRBP) activities across departments.
- Monitor action plans and follow up on Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs).
- Support cross-functional HR projects and business initiatives.
Data Management & Dashboards
- Maintain accurate HR databases and employee performance records.
- Develop and update performance dashboards for management reporting.
Analytics & Reporting
- Conduct productivity analysis and identify performance trends.
- Prepare reports and HR analytics to support leadership decision-making.
Talent Development
- Assist in talent review and succession planning initiatives.
- Support organizational development programs aimed at building future leaders.
- Contribute to employee development and performance improvement strategies.
Candidate Requirements
To be successful in this role, candidates should have:
- BBA or MBA in Human Resources from a recognized university
- At least 5 years of relevant HR experience
- Hands-on experience in performance management systems
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Experience with HR metrics, dashboards, and data analysis
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
