Core Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Leading enterprise-wide talent architecture and succession planning.
- Developing and executing Learning & Development (L&D) strategies.
- Driving AI-powered learning design and digital HR transformation initiatives.
- Strengthening organizational culture and employee experience.
- Leading Employer Value Proposition (EVP) and Employer Branding strategies across Banglalink’s five high-growth digital business verticals.
- Collaborating with senior leadership to align people strategies with business objectives.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates should meet the following requirements:
- BBA/MBA in Human Resources or a relevant discipline.
- 10–12 years of relevant professional experience, including 5–6 years in a senior Talent Management or Organizational Development leadership role.
- Strong expertise in:
- Organizational Development (OD)
- Talent Management & Succession Planning
- Digital HR Transformation
- AI-powered Learning & Development
- People Analytics (Power BI/Tableau)
- Executive stakeholder management
