Position: Warehouse Executive

Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete flow of goods, including receiving, storage, picking, issuance, and dispatch.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through stock reporting, audits, and physical counts.
- Lead, schedule, and develop warehouse teams.
- Supervise third-party contractors and labor teams.
- Manage operational expenses, purchase orders, payments, and obsolete stock.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and service providers.
- Monitor warehouse performance and implement efficiency improvements.
- Ensure compliance with EH&S, ESG, SOPs, financial controls, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage material handling equipment and implement corrective actions.
- Drive continuous improvement using DDS, PDCA, and daily review methodologies.
- Maintain warehouse infrastructure and identify opportunities for cost optimization and space utilization.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and supply chain processes.
- Experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or industrial storage environments is preferred.
- FMCG or manufacturing industry experience will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of DDS, PDCA, Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, or Daily Management Systems.
- Working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and team management abilities.
- Good understanding of Environment, Health & Safety requirements.
- Proficiency in inventory tracking systems and Microsoft Excel.
