Position: Team Leader

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage shift operations to achieve production targets
- Ensure smooth machine operations and production reliability
- Maintain product quality and safeguard product integrity
- Coordinate maintenance activities to minimize downtime
- Monitor machine performance and support process improvement
- Work closely with IWS and Technical teams
Requirements:
- Fresh graduates with extracurricular activities are encouraged to apply
- Strong planning, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic manufacturing environment
