Position: Finance Analyst
Job Location: Dhaka
Educational Qualification:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
Experience:
• Minimum 4–6 years of relevant experience.
Requirements:
• Strong accounting fundamentals.
• Understanding of business drivers and commercial operations.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and profitability analysis.
• Hands-on experience with SAP.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Power BI and Power Query.
• Ability to analyze variances and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze SKU profitability and prepare reports.
• Conduct sensitivity analysis, scenario analysis, and pricing simulations.
• Perform variance analysis and profitability evaluations.
• Evaluate promotions and distributor profitability.
• Prepare marketing expense reports and budget analysis.
• Analyze cooler efficiency and investment performance.
• Validate incentive programs and verify distributor-related documents.
• Develop management dashboards and business performance reports.
