Position: Territory Officer

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify business opportunities within the assigned territory
- Develop territory strategies aligned with regional plans
- Set and monitor distributor sales targets
- Ensure product availability across relevant channels
- Achieve merchandising and product display standards
- Ensure efficient use of POP materials
- Implement RTM, trade and merchandising programs
- Execute channel and distributor plans
- Lead, coach and develop the secondary sales team
- Monitor sales performance and operational programs
- Take overall accountability for assigned territory operations
