Job Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly primary and secondary sales targets
- Drive sales growth and explore untapped markets
- Lead and motivate sales teams (SR/Sales Officers)
- Manage distributors and ensure product availability in assigned territories
- Analyze sales data to track trends and competition
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university (Business background preferred)
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office
- Willingness to work anywhere in Bangladesh
