We are seeking a people-friendly, smart, detail-oriented, and proactive Executive – People and Culture to support daily human resource and administrative operations. This role is perfect for someone who wants to pursue a career in people management and office operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist with employee engagement and internal communication activities.
• Support recruitment activities including CV screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation accurately.
• Conduct regular visits to regional offices to monitor administrative and HR operations.
• Coordinate employee joining, confirmation, resignation, and exit formalities.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments when necessary.
• Organize meetings, training sessions, and employee engagement activities.
• Provide general HR and administrative support to management.
• Handle office correspondence, courier, and document filing.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Assist in payroll and employee benefit coordination.
Educational Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in HRM, business administration, management, or a related field.
Experience Requirements
• 1–2 years of experience in HR & admin.
Skills & Competencies
• Experience with HR software or ERP systems.
• Knowledge of labor law and HR practices.
• Good command of MS Office applications.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
