Job Summary
RANCON Engineering & Consultants is looking for an experienced construction professional to lead and oversee large-scale factory construction projects. The selected candidate will manage project planning, budgeting, quality, safety, scheduling, and overall project execution while ensuring timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan, lead, and manage multiple construction projects from initiation to handover.
• Monitor project progress, budget, quality, and timelines to ensure successful completion.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to resolve project-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and contractual requirements.
• Track project expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Conduct quality and safety inspections throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assign tasks and effectively supervise project teams.
Educational Requirements
• B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from a reputed public or private university.
Experience
• 12–15 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in large-scale factory construction will be given preference.
Required Skills
• Strong knowledge of construction drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and relevant standards such as ISO and BNBC.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Project and/or Primavera.
• Excellent project management, leadership, and coordination skills.
