Position: Project Engineer, R&D
Job Grade: Deputy Manager

Educational Qualifications:
- B.Sc. in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automobile Engineering from a recognized public university or UGC-approved private university.
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in R&D, Product Development, or Manufacturing within the Automobile or Manufacturing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute engineering projects from initiation to completion.
- Prepare project budgets, monitor costs, and implement cost-control measures.
- Define technical specifications and coordinate with vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery.
- Evaluate vendor performance and ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders for successful project execution.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Provide project updates and obtain necessary approvals from management.
- Conduct technical evaluations and implement engineering solutions to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with engineering standards, quality systems, and safety guidelines.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of motorcycle systems and components.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) will be an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Willingness to travel for product testing and vendor development activities.
