Position

Sr. Executive / Executive – Business Administration

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain daily sales reports by zone, ensuring accurate data updates and market share analysis.
  • Develop weekly sales performance reports and monthly business analytics for management review.
  • Track inventory status, monitor product availability, and process deal deviation approvals.
  • Coordinate with dealers, sales teams, and internal departments to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, Accounts, and Audit teams for operational support.
  • Analyze sales trends, business performance, and stock movement to support strategic decision-making.
  • Maintain effective communication across cross-functional teams and dealer networks.
  • Prepare business reports, dashboards, and operational documentation using advanced Excel tools.

Educational Requirements

  • BBA/MBA in Marketing, Management, Business Administration, or any related discipline.

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Analysis, CRM, or Business Administration.
  • Prior experience in the Automotive industry will be considered an added advantage.

Required Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Data Visualization, Dashboards).
  • Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in sales data management, inventory monitoring, and business reporting.
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams and dealer networks.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
