Position Overview
The Senior Executive – HR will support key human resource functions across the retail business, including recruitment, employee engagement, learning and development, performance management, and HR reporting.
This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to people development while working closely with business leaders and retail teams.
Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Conducting training needs assessments and organizing employee learning programs.
- Delivering induction and onboarding training for new employees.
- Supporting recruitment and selection for both outlet and corporate positions.
- Planning and implementing employee engagement and wellness initiatives.
- Assisting with competency framework and KPI-based job descriptions.
- Maintaining HR records, reports, and documentation.

Candidate Requirements
Applicants should have:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably BBA in Human Resource Management).
- Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience.
- Experience in retail fashion or learning and development will be an advantage.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and HR reporting.
