Position: Junior Officer / Officer, Brand & Marketing
Job Location: Dhaka

Educational Qualifications:
- MBA in Marketing from a reputed university.
Experience:
- 1–3 years of experience in Brand or Marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and executing brand campaigns to strengthen market presence.
- Manage digital marketing activities, including social media, website, and email campaigns.
- Coordinate with agencies, designers, and media partners for branding initiatives.
- Create marketing content such as brochures, videos, and advertisements to enhance brand communication.
- Organize promotional events and product launches to increase brand visibility.
- Research market trends and monitor brand performance.
- Align marketing initiatives with Sales, R&D, and Production teams.
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of digital platforms, branding, and content creation.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of Photoshop or other creative software will be considered an advantage.
