Job Title: Territory Officer
Primary Responsibilities:
Manage sales operations and distribution within assigned territories.
Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors.
Identify new market opportunities and achieve monthly sales targets.
Monitor competitor activities and capture market insights.
Requirements:
Educational: Bachelor’s degree from a UGC-approved institution (MBA is a plus).
Experience: Fresh graduates are highly encouraged; 1–2 years in Sales/FMCG is an advantage.
Special Attributes: Willingness to travel anywhere in Bangladesh; strong communication and influencing skills.
