As a Trainer, you will play a key role in designing and delivering impactful training sessions that enhance employee skills, product knowledge, and sales performance. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy mentoring others and creating a positive learning environment.
Who Can Apply?
We are seeking candidates who meet the following criteria:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in:
- Training & Development (T&D)
- Sales Training
- Learning & Development (L&D)
- Strong presentation, communication, and coaching skills.
- Prior experience in retail, FMCG, consumer electronics, or a similar industry will be considered an advantage.
- Must be willing to travel extensively across Bangladesh to conduct training programs and support regional teams.
