Position: Research and Development
Job Location:
• Mirpur DOHS, Dhaka
Key Responsibilities:
• Support skincare product research and development activities.
• Research skincare ingredients, raw materials, and their functions.
• Assist with formulation development and sample preparation.
• Support product testing and maintain proper records.
• Assist with stability observations and product documentation.
• Conduct research on new skincare ingredients, formulations, and market trends.
• Maintain R&D records, test results, and product development documents.
• Support quality checks of raw materials and product samples.
• Work closely with the R&D team throughout the product development process.
• Follow proper laboratory, safety, hygiene, and documentation procedures.
Requirements:
• Currently studying or recently graduated in Chemistry, Applied Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, Cosmetic Science, or a related field.
• Strong interest in skincare, cosmetic formulation, and product development.
• Basic understanding of chemistry and skincare ingredients.
• Good research, analytical, and documentation skills.
• Detail-oriented and careful when working with formulations and samples.
• Curious mindset with a willingness to learn.
