Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Management, or any relevant discipline from a recognized university.
- Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) in HRM, Business Administration, or related field will be an added advantage.
- Professional certifications in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or HR Analytics will be considered a strong plus.
Additional Requirements
Required Experience:
- Minimum 6–8 years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment in a large-scale or structured organization
- Experience in bulk hiring, critical hiring, and senior-level recruitment will be highly preferred.
- Prior experience in fintech, banking, MFS, or large-scale corporate environments will be an added advantage.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other data analysis tools.
- Hands-on experience with ATS/recruitment systems and HR technology tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret recruitment metrics and dashboards.
- Good knowledge of recruitment compliance, labor regulations, and governance practices.
Responsibilities & Context
- Lead end-to-end recruitment, including requisition approval, sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer management while ensuring timely closure as per SLA and business needs.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, competencies, and selection criteria and manage bulk and critical hiring efficiently.
- Ensure quality of hire through structured assessment methods and standardized selection processes.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and headhunting while optimizing channels for cost and quality.
- Build talent pipelines and passive candidate networks and leverage market insights to attract top talent and strengthen employer branding initiatives.
- Maintain recruitment dashboards and reports such as pipeline, time-to-fill, and offer acceptance rate and analyze data to identify gaps and improve hiring efficiency.
- Design and optimize job circulars aligned with employer branding standards while ensuring a seamless, engaging, and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements and oversee pre-employment checks while maintaining audit-ready documentation.
- Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement, including the use of ATS and recruitment automation tools.
- Support employer branding initiatives, including job fairs, career sessions, and digital campaigns, and promote the organization as an employer of choice.
- Collaborate with business leaders and HR teams to resolve hiring challenges proactively and support strategic initiatives and ad-hoc projects as assigned.
