Position: Territory Sales Officer – Akhtar Agro

Educational Qualification:
• Bachelor’s degree / Honors.
Experience:
• 1–4 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in dairy, FMCG manufacturing, or group of companies will be preferred.
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Age Limit: 22–34 years
Gender: Male
Salary: BDT 18,000–25,000 per month
Key Responsibilities:
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets in terms of volume and value.
• Increase market share and drive sales growth within the assigned territory.
• Identify and develop new retail outlets, wholesalers, and institutional customers.
• Execute sales plans and promotional campaigns effectively.
• Monitor distributor inventory and ensure adequate stock availability.
• Ensure timely order processing, product delivery, and stock replenishment.
• Maintain strong relationships with distributors and resolve operational issues.
• Ensure product availability, visibility, and merchandising across retail outlets.
• Build and maintain relationships with retailers and key accounts.
Requirements:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in retail sales and distributor management will be beneficial.
• Ability to achieve sales targets and manage assigned territories effectively.
• Strong relationship management and merchandising skills.
