✓ Shohoz Limited is seeking an Executive – Reservation & Customer Service to manage airline bookings, ticketing, and customer support operations.
✓ The role involves working with GDS systems to ensure accurate ticket issuance, efficient service delivery, and compliance with airline regulations.
✓ The position requires strong problem-solving ability and coordination with internal and external stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:
✓ Handle airline reservations, ticket issuance, reissuance, and refunds using GDS platforms (Galileo / Amadeus / Sabre).
✓ Process domestic and international flight bookings.
✓ Verify passenger details, travel documents, and fare rules before ticket issuance.
✓ Resolve booking errors, cancellations, schedule changes, and airline-related issues.
✓ Coordinate with airline support teams for confirmations and issue resolution.
✓ Maintain accurate records of bookings and transactions.
✓ Provide support for Shohoz website ticketing system and API-based bookings.
✓ Ensure compliance with airline policies and IATA regulations.Hiring solutions Candidate Requirements: Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably Tourism & Hospitality or Business Administration).
✓ 2-3 years of experience in airline reservation or travel agency operations. Technical Competencies:
✓ Hands-on experience with GDS systems (Galileo / Sabre preferred).
✓ Experience with Airline PSS and NDC portals is an advantage.
✓ Strong knowledge of fare rules, ticketing procedures, and reissue policies.
✓ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Core Skills:
✓ Strong communication and customer service skills.
✓ Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple bookings.
✓ Problem-solving and analytical capability.
✓ Knowledge of BSP reporting is a plus.Geographic Reference Employment Details:
