Position Details
- Position: Sr. Executive / Asst. Manager – Warehouse Incharge
- Job Location: Mirpur (Eastern Housing), Bangladesh
- Experience Required: 3–5 Years

Job Responsibilities
- Supervise overall warehouse operations including receiving, shortages, and dispatch of goods
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure regular stock reconciliation
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement for timely replenishment
- Ensure proper handling, stacking, and storage of products to prevent damage or loss
- Prepare and verify GRN, delivery challans, and stock reports
- Conduct periodic physical inventory audits and ensure FIFO/FEFO methods are followed properly
- Manage warehouse staff, assign duties, and monitor performance regularly
Educational Requirements
- Graduation from any UGC-approved university
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel
- Bangla and English typing skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Inventory and warehouse management capability
- Team supervision and reporting skills
