Position: HR Assistant
Department: Human Resources (HR)

Salary: BDT 15,200 per month + Overtime
Experience:
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in HR/Factory HR will be preferred.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in worker recruitment, candidate screening, interviews, and joining formalities.
• Maintain employee personal files, HR records, and HRIS data accurately.
• Support attendance monitoring, absenteeism reporting, and employee documentation.
• Assist with orientation, training coordination, and employee engagement activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws.
• Perform daily HR operations and other administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
• Smart, well-groomed, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Good communication skills in both Bangla and English.
• Basic computer skills, including MS Office.
