Position: TSM (Territory Sales Manager)

Experience:
• 3–5 Years
Educational Qualification:
• Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any relevant discipline from a reputed university.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Monitor distributor ROI, investment capacity, stock rotation, and market credit.
• Identify market expansion opportunities and ensure outlet coverage.
• Manage, motivate, and train Territory Sales Executives (TSEs).
• Execute trade marketing activities and product launches.
• Analyze market intelligence, competitor activities, and business trends.
Requirements:
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Good understanding of local FMCG distribution channels.
• Proven leadership and people management capability.
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and ERP/SFA tools.
• Energetic, result-oriented mindset and willingness to travel.
