Position: Territory Officer
Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh
Educational Qualification:
• Bachelor/Honors degree in any discipline from a reputed university.
Experience:
• At least 2 years of experience.
• Experience in Banks, Financial Technology (Fintech), FMCG, or Telecommunication sectors will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
• Achieve sales, distribution coverage expansion, and transaction targets within the assigned territory.
• Support business planning, target allocation, and market analysis activities.
• Monitor stock flow, market movement, and sales promotions.
• Engage with distributors, channel partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth.
• Train distributor employees and support sales team development.
• Conduct regular team meetings and market visits.
• Ensure market visibility and compliance with Nagad guidelines.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on business initiatives.
